Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, technology, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of technology systems experience, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with software application implementations; cloud technology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data, digital platforms, and GxP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the Data, Digital and Technology strategy for the business unit.
• Identify and prioritize digital, analytics, and technology use cases to improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead delivery of the DD&T strategy with stakeholders and enterprise office.
• Build and lead a high-performing DD&T team and manage the budget with an ownership mindset.
