Job summary

Health Service Executive is recruiting for a General Manager, Head of People for Digital, Technology and Transformation (TT4426). This nationally scoped permanent role leads the people agenda across the Technology and Transformation functions, delivering strategy, governance and people solutions at scale.

You will drive leadership development, talent management, change programmes and stakeholder collaboration with internal and external partners to support service delivery across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant third level qualification as listed.
• Demonstrate significant business-related experience in a similar HR environment at senior level.
• Extensive experience in civil/public service or equivalent with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Proven track record in leadership for HR projects and innovation.
