Job summary

TechHeads in Dublin seeks a Director of Technology Delivery & Transformation to report to the CIO and shape the organisation's long-term technology strategy. In this executive role you will lead enterprise delivery, portfolio governance, and technology transformation across cloud, data and AI initiatives, building mature capabilities and driving delivery excellence at scale.

This appointment pursues Deputy CIO succession and demands strong stakeholder management and a proven track record leading

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across the enterprise technology delivery portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed with pace, quality and transparency
• Partner with the CIO and Executive Leadership Team to translate strategic priorities into executable technology roadmaps
• Lead complex technology, cloud, data and AI transformation initiatives across the organisation
• Build predictable, measurable delivery capability through robust governance, portfolio management and executive reporting
• Drive organisational maturity across delivery, resource planning, vendor management and operational excellence
• Champion modern engineering practices, Agile delivery and continuous improvement
• Support the evolution of AI-enabled operating models and enterprise automation initiatives
• Develop and scale a high-performing technology delivery capability aligned to future business growth
