Job summary

Cpl Group in Ireland seeks a senior leader to direct the PRC and STE teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. You will oversee budgets, forecasts, and strategic actions, promoting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a robust regulatory background, experience with ISO/IEC 17065, and willingness to travel across the UK, Ireland, and beyond to support opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong operational management skills with KPI and budget oversight.
• Technical knowledge of certification activities and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the Certification teams to achieve growth.
• Manage departmental performance against budgets and KPIs.
• Own departmental financial performance including forecasting and month-end reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives across the unit.
• Foster collaboration with Certification, Testing, Sales and other departments.
• Travel regularly between UK and Ireland offices and internationally as required.
