Rhenus SE & Co. in Ireland seeks a Compliance & Governance professional to own and operate the country’s compliance framework and align policies with business needs.

You will drive ISO certification activities, manage audits, and coordinate governance across multiple sites, ensuring effective risk controls and regulatory adherence.

Experience with GDP in logistics and familiarity with Q-Pulse is preferred to support ongoing improvement and audit readiness.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and governance systems.
• Experience with ISO standards, audits, and certification programs.
• Experience with Risk Management frameworks and governance processes.
• Understanding of GDP requirements is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain the Ireland Compliance Framework.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and governance controls.
• Provide compliance interpretation to management and operational teams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support implementation across the organisation.
• Coordinate IMS governance across Ireland including audits, CAPA, Document Control, and Management Reviews.
• Act as Ireland Q-Pulse governance owner and key user.
• Ensure audit readiness and governance alignment across locations.
