Job summary

CPL Group on behalf of our client is seeking a Quality Environmental Assurance Coordinator for a 6-month contract at the Citywest site in Ireland. You will support the Quality Manager, maintain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and coordinate inspection, sampling, and documentation.

The role ensures product quality and environmental compliance, authorises release or rejection based on results, and drives continuous improvement and CAPA across the site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industry experience in a Quality role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience coordinating daily batch quality testing.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, implementation, and improvement of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Lead internal audits, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
• Prepare, review, and control documentation including test certificates and inspection records.
• Authorise product release or rejection based on test results and criteria.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and CAPA processes.
• Provide timely quality reports to support site KPI reviews.
