Job summary

Sisk Group is seeking an experienced Tender Bid Manager to lead infrastructure tender submissions, shaping technical, commercial and delivery strategies. You will coordinate cross‑functional inputs from Estimating, Engineering, HSEQ and legal teams to craft compliant, compelling bids for major civil projects in Ireland.

Based in Dublin with flexible/remote working options, the role requires strong bid writing, governance coordination and a proven track record of delivering complex tenders on

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure/civil engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering and infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to manage complex tenders with multidisciplinary inputs.
• Excellent written communication and bid writing ability.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in deadline‑driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned tenders from receipt to final submission.
• Develop tender strategy including delivery approach, construction methodology, engineering solutions, and project value propositions.
• Review tender documents, clarifications, addenda, and employer requirements.
• Coordinate tender communications and manage queries via eTenders.
• Maintain tender deliverables register and track progress.
• Gather inputs from Estimating, Engineering, HSEQ and others for consistency.
• Schedule weekly tender coordination meetings and governance sessions.
• Prepare technical content and ensure compliant, robust responses.
• Coordinate integration of external designers, consultants and partners.
• Oversee final submission production and post‑tender clarifications.
