Dow Jones seeks an accomplished engineering leader to build and guide a small, exceptional AI-native engineering organisation. You will coach 5–7 senior technical leaders, set growth paths, and create a high-trust culture with fast feedback, low ego, and strong technical judgement.

You will prototype and ship with Claude when it yields maximal impact. You will design a lightweight operating model, remove non-value-adding processes, and ensure delivery quality through automation, CI/CD, and

Competenze

• Hands-on Claude / Claude Code experience is a hard requirement.
• Experience leading across product engineering with Infrastructure/SRE/QA Automation.
• Ability to review production code and prototype when needed.
• Proven track record of building scalable, reliable software for real customer problems.
• Demonstrated leadership of senior technical leaders and succession planning.
• Strong communication and influence at executive level.
