Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a senior engineering leader to build and lead an AI-native engineering organisation of about 18 people. You will coach senior technical leaders, shape architecture, join incidents, and prototype with Claude to accelerate high-leverage work while maintaining rigorous quality and customer focus.

You will partner with Product and business leaders to translate customer pain points into engineering outcomes, drive autonomous teams, and implement scalable, cost-aware solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership experience in a high-growth or scale-up SaaS product business, including recent experience managing Tech Leads, Engineering Managers or equivalent senior technical leaders.
