Job summary

UN1T Head Coach is responsible for maintaining the highest coaching standards, leading by example on the studio floor, and partnering with the General Manager to run an efficient, welcoming environment.

You will oversee coaching staff, manage PT appointments, ensure cleanliness, update Mindbody with classes, and coordinate monthly team meetings. This full-time role includes benefits such as gym membership and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience leading coaching teams.
• Ability to collaborate with the General Manager.
• Strong standards for coaching quality and studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example when coaching and cleaning, and ensure coaching information is passed to the team.
• Oversee PT appointments and maintain Mindbody with class schedules.
• Ensure cleaning standards are kept by the team and contracted staff.
• Arrange monthly team meetings with the General Manager.
