Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking an experienced Head Coach to lead the fitness experience at our Dublin club. You will manage a team of Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, drive coaching excellence and ensure outstanding member results.

You will own the club's fitness product, develop programming, and contribute to commercial performance while building a thriving, energetic culture. This role offers progression in a fast-growing national brand.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification required.
• Proven experience delivering Personal Training and Group Training.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness in fitness business performance.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience leading fitness teams and managing programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the club's fitness team and coach staff to high standards.
• Develop and oversee coaching, programming, and member engagement.
• Drive revenue through Personal Training, group training and fitness products.
• Foster member retention through exceptional service and experiences.
• Stay current with industry trends and introduce innovative ideas.
