Job summary

Enva's Hazardous Waste Site Services team is seeking a Site Services Team Member for our Rathcoole operations. This permanent, full-time field-based role ensures hazardous waste movements from customer premises to Enva facilities comply with ADR, IMDG, and related regulations.

You will attend customer sites for classification, packing and collection, inspect waste before quotations, coordinate logistics with operations, and contribute to safe, cost-efficient waste management.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Driver and ADR license.
• Excellent customer communication and relations.
• Timely, professional, and safe field-based work.
• Ability to work with regulatory requirements (ADR/IMDG).

Responsibilities

• Attend customers’ premises for classification, segregation, packing and collection of waste.
• Visit premises to check waste classification, packaging and labelling and advise on compliance.
• Assess waste before quotation submission for collection and disposal.
• Record and communicate non-conformances and potential extra costs.
• Plan and coordinate hazardous waste collections with operations staff.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments; allocate PPE.
• Focus on costs and efficiency to minimize waste.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.
