Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Foreman to manage commercial and residential projects in the Cork area. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, manage trades and subcontractors, and report directly to the Site Manager.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience with a Main Contractor, ideally with a Degree in Construction Management or a Trade Qualification. This position offers a salary of €70K - €80K plus a package.

Qualifications

• A proven record of managing construction projects valued over €3M is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with a Main Contractor.
• Ideally, a background in Carpentry, Joinery, or Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise new build developments.
• Manage manpower on site, including direct staff, trades, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are completed accurately and on time.
• Plan and coordinate daily requirements of the site.
