Job summary

CareerWise Recruitment is seeking a Construction Foreman to oversee day-to-day delivery of Leinster projects. You will supervise sites, coordinate direct labour, subcontractors and plant, and ensure safety, quality and on-time completion across multiple sites.

The role requires 5-7 years in foreman/supervisor roles, strong leadership, and ability to read drawings and schedules. You will liaise with clients and project teams, keeping detailed site records and reports.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience as foreman, supervisor or site manager.
• Proven ability to manage construction sites, subcontractors and direct labour.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and programme delivery.
• Up-to-date health and safety training (Safe Pass and Manual Handling) and additional qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of construction sites in Leinster.
• Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors, suppliers and plant on site.
• Plan daily and weekly site activities to achieve milestones and client deadlines.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and work schedules.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance and workmanship across site activities.
• Monitor resources, materials, deliveries and plant for efficient delivery.
• Complete and maintain site records, including daily reports and timesheets.
• Build positive relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
