Allied Talent is partnering with a corporate finance advisory firm supporting an Irish M&E contractor in the data centre sector. They need a hands-on contract accountant to build the finance reporting from the ground up.

The role involves reconstructing monthly management accounts, creating WIP schedules, and establishing cost-to-complete forecasts. You will reconcile WIP and revenue recognition to the GL and implement a robust monthly reporting process.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA designation.
• Experience in WIP, accrued/deferred revenue and revenue recognition.
• Background in M&E, construction or engineering, data centre exposure a plus.
• Demonstrated history of establishing new processes, not just maintaining them.
• Proficient with Xero or similar accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Reconstruct historical monthly management accounts from incomplete records.
• Build WIP schedules and project reporting processes from scratch.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish cost-to-complete forecasts and margins.
• Reconcile project-level WIP and revenue recognition to the GL.
• Implement a reliable monthly reporting process going forward.
