Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting for a Front Desk Administrator at a Fitness Centre in Cork on a temporary, part-time basis. The current schedule is two evenings and one morning (24 hours per week / 3 days).

The morning shift is 6 am - 2 pm and two evenings are 2 pm - 10 pm, with potential expansion to 30 hours. You will be the first point of contact for members, greeting them warmly and assisting with lockers, remote lock box over the phone, and troubleshooting as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work early mornings.
• Experience in customer service.
• Professional presence with internal and external contacts.
• Strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing members warmly.
• Assist members in-person with unlocking lockers and operating remote lock box over the phone.
• Troubleshoot as needed and provide excellent customer service.
• Observe members' needs and uphold a high standard of service.
