Job summary

MeiraGTx Shannon is seeking a procurement professional to provide sourcing support for the Shannon manufacturing business, covering services, materials and capital expenditure in a GxP environment.

You will work with stakeholders in Shannon, UK and US, manage supplier negotiations to deliver cost savings, favourable commercial terms and continuity of critical supplies, while adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing with GMP/GDP exposure.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and Legal.
• ERP/MRP usage is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement from requirements to tender evaluation and contract.
• Support negotiations on price, terms and service levels with stakeholders.
• Identify cost savings and manage expenditure with Finance and stakeholders.
• Conduct first-line supplier contract reviews with Legal and monitor renewals.
• Maintain supplier records and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
