Job summary

The K Club in Ireland is seeking a Golf Services Assistant to join our Golf Services Team. You will greet guests, coordinate tee times, and help ensure the course and facilities run smoothly.

You will maintain locker rooms and range, assist with group golf events, upsell shop merchandise, and work with the Golf Operations Manager to keep buggies, trolleys and stock in excellent condition. Fluency in English and flexible hours required.

Qualifications

• Will have previous experience working in Golf Services.
• Experience within a 5* environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Flexible in working hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests and members and upsell where possible.
• Oversee and ensure the range facilities are properly maintained.
• Keep locker rooms clean and stocked with toiletries.
• Assist with golf group preparations and daily function sheets.
• Assist golf shop team with informing guests of facilities.
• Stocktake golf clubs weekly and report to the Golf Operations Manager.
• Ensure buggies and trolleys are clean, stocked and charged.
• Liaise with starter and ranger for smooth tee-times.
• Ensure charges are applied to guest accounts at checkout.
• Keep shop stocked with sizes and colours.
