Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant to join our operations team in Ireland. Training is provided through the Dalata Academy to develop essential hospitality skills and career growth. You will contribute to delivering attentive service to hotel guests and upsell where appropriate.

Flexibility with mornings, evenings and weekends is required. Prior hospitality experience is beneficial, and fluency in English is essential to communicate with guests and colleagues

Formación

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.
