Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to deliver friendly and efficient service to hotel guests. You will work under the Food & Beverage Manager and Operations Manager, greet guests by name, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

The role requires flexibility across mornings, evenings and weekends, with opportunities for development through the Dalata Academy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings & weekends.
• Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning of bar and restaurant.
• Served guests with food and beverage.
