Dean Group in Dublin is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team at The Dean Dublin Centre for an exciting new restaurant concept. If you are passionate about exceptional customer service and have experience in a busy hotel or bar, we would love to hear from you!

You will provide guest-focused service across restaurant, bar and events, maintain high hygiene and presentation standards, and work closely with kitchen and events teams to deliver a warm, memorable dining

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy hotel or bar is preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Eligible to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests with friendly, professional service.
• Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation and guest engagement throughout shifts.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and ensure brand standards.
