Monread Fare is seeking a Retail Duty Manager to lead the Fresh Food Department, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth daily operations. You will oversee staffing, hygiene, and compliance with company procedures while collaborating with Site Management.

The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and varied shifts, with a focus on delivering a welcoming atmosphere and achieving service excellence for all guests.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to lead by example.
• Ability to supervise daily operation of Fresh Food Department areas.
• Knowledge of hygiene and health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and address queries efficiently.
• Supervise and assist in daily operations of Fresh Food Department.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and cleaning schedules across site.
• Ensure departments open/close per official hours and coordinate with management.
• Record attendance, lateness and sickness per company procedures.
• Liaise with Site Management on operational issues.
