Job summary

Monread Fare is seeking a Retail Duty Manager to lead the Fresh Food Department and uphold exceptional guest service. You will supervise staff, manage rosters, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained across the site.

The ideal candidate will be an assertive, diplomatic, and customer-focused leader with proven experience in achieving sales targets and guiding a team in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time role includes career progression opportunities and onsite parking.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the Fresh Food Department and ensure exceptional guest service.
• Supervise rosters, maintain high hygiene standards, and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Coordinate with Site Management on operational issues and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Record attendance, lateness, and sickness per company policies.
• Support management with site operations as needed.
