Job summary

The Fleet Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Front of House Porter to join our welcoming reception team. You’ll help maintain the lobby and front areas, assist guests, and support the operations for events and daily guest needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel and is flexible to work mornings and evenings. Windward Management offers a competitive pay rate and benefits, with staff meals and training opportunities.

• At least 1 year’s experience in a similar Front of House role in a 4-star hotel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of front of house areas.
• Greet guests and assist with arrivals and directions.
• Assist with luggage and guest requests.
• Coordinate with reception, housekeeping and maintenance.
• Support events set up and break down of public areas.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
