Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Adhere to company’s Clocking Procedure.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming.
• Set up and reset meeting rooms according to weekly function sheets.
• Liaise with front office regarding client requirements.
• Set up and deliver room service when required.
• Assist other departments as needed and to company standards.
• Follow hygiene regulations and health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain energy efficiency within the hotel.
• Upsell Talbot Collection products and services.
