Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is recruiting a permanent Associated Director - GSC AI Accelerator, Learning and Adoption Lead in Ireland. The role shapes how digital and AI capabilities are identified, learned, adopted, and scaled across GSC to improve performance and value realization.

You will lead adoption strategy, learning pathways, and governance across priority initiatives. The position requires deep expertise in digital transformation, AI adoption, and stakeholder management, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain, digital transformation or AI-enabled capability delivery.
• Experience delivering AI, analytics, automation pilots with measurable adoption.
• Experience designing learning programs, training assets, and adoption journeys.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication across senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the GSC digital innovation radar for priority technologies.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for digital tools and adoption approaches.
• Coordinate AI pilots, rollouts, and adoption plans with IT, data, and SMEs.
• Establish and operate a GSC learning center for digital, data, and AI capabilities.
• Define adoption KPIs, value realization, and sustainment actions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, workshops, and senior stakeholder engagements.
