The role focuses on adoption discipline, learning enablement, and governance, delivering scalable AI literacy and practical MLOps

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record delivering AI/digital capability pilots with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in learning enablement and adoption programs across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute digital & AI adoption strategies with clear KPIs.
• Lead learning pathways, training content, and enablement initiatives for GSC.
• Coordinate pilots, rollouts and governance for AI capabilities across sites.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for AI investments and adoption plans.
