Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a VP, Strategy & Business Management to lead new-business growth across the commercial lending and banking sector. Build a strong pipeline, develop senior client relationships and turn market opportunities into lasting partnerships.

You will partner with the General Manager to shape growth, work with sales and account teams, and coach a high-performing team through change and scale.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in banking, financial services or a B2B technology business serving the banking sector.
• Strong domain expertise in Commercial Lending and related banking workflows.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing new business, and expanding strategic client relationships.
• Experience scaling teams through growth and change.
• Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with banks and other target clients, building a healthy pipeline.
• Shape and deliver the growth agenda with sales teams, including target markets and pricing propositions.
• Grow existing client relationships across products, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align commercial, operational, product and client priorities with the General Manager.
