Job summary

Google LLC in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Growth Manager for EMEA AppDev GCS SSG to drive growth for app developers and advertisers. You will partner with SMBs and mid-market clients to craft strategic solutions across Google's advertising products.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage a growth pipeline, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help clients achieve ambitious goals while contributing to the broader EMEA strategy in a fast-paced AI‑era environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Responsibilities

• Work with app-first companies to help them reach business growth goals across all of Google's products.
• Deliver against assigned sales goals consistently and manage the pipeline effectively.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in your book of business, prioritize accounts, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with mobile-focused cross-functional teams to develop client-specific pitches and strategies.
• Find opportunities for growth across Google’s marketing products, including app campaigns, Search, and YouTube.
