Job summary

Kinisla is seeking an E-Commerce and Marketing Coordinator to join the Charleville team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will manage product catalogs, support digital marketing campaigns, and create engaging content across online and in-store channels.

You will work on website administration, data accuracy, and customer experience, using tools like Shopify, Canva, and Google Ads. Full training provided for a successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar e-commerce, digital marketing, or administrative role advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills for handling customer support and internal team tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), experience with ERP/purchasing systems.
• Strong organizational and task prioritization skills essential.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Understanding of SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software.
• Third Level qualification in business/marketing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Website Administration: Maintain and update product catalogues (images, descriptions, pricing).
• Marketing Support: Assist with email marketing, content updates, and promotional campaigns (instore & online).
• Traditional and digital content creation, video editing and graphic design.
• Data Maintenance: Maintaining accurate data on purchasing systems.
• Analytics: Track website performance and social media metrics to provide insights.
• SEO and competitor analysis.
• Customer Experience: Respond to queries, handle reviews, and manage customer service interactions.
• Ad hoc administrative duties as required.
