Job summary

Barden | B Corp, in partnership with a global group, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to lead its international tax agenda from Ireland. The role centers on advising on M&A, structuring, and strategic initiatives, influencing tax strategy as the group grows internationally.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Legal, and the deal team to shape the tax posture during expansion and post-deal integration, with significant growth ambitions guiding the opportunity.

• Advise on strategic projects, including transfer pricing, tax audits, and supply chain initiatives.
• Own cash tax and effective tax rate forecasting, tax reporting, and compliance oversight.

As group tax senior manager, you will advise on M&A, structuring, and strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Legal, and the deal team. You will also have a real say in how the group’s tax strategy develops as it grows internationally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Partner with senior stakeholders on commercial decisions across the business.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Strong international tax experience, with M&A and tax structuring at the core.
• Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable working with autonomy.
• Confident engaging senior stakeholders across the wider business.
• Experience within another multinational, or Big 4 at ideally operating at Senior Manager/Associate Director level. Tax professionals with less or more experience may be considered dependent on specific experience and commercial acumen.
