Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a Group Protection Administrator to join our Group Protection team in Cherrywood, with a planned move to OPP-Hatch Street in 2027. The role supports renewal administration, working with brokers and clients to ensure a first-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Group Protection Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of Group Protection schemes, deliver excellent customer outcomes, and help the team achieve its objectives while adhering to Aviva’s Risk

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Group Protection and Pensions market, including products, processes and industry practices (APA/ QFA) is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ideally with experience using L400.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to make decisions and solve problems with the customer at the heart of every outcome.
• Proven organisation, planning and time management skills, with the ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritise workload to meet customer, broker and business deadlines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, brokers and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and success.
• Provide administration support to clients and brokers for a portfolio of Group Protection schemes.
• Identify and elevate complaints, errors or risks while ensuring compliance with Aviva's framework.
