Job summary

Campion Insurance, a leading Irish broker, seeks a Connected Personal Lines Renewals Advisor for our Personal Lines Team based in our Ireland offices. You will manage connected policies, build lasting relationships with clients, and support retention targets with strong collaboration across teams.

You will handle renewal discussions, assess cover needs, and ensure accurate risk reviews to protect client interests while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Manage connected commercial customers existing policies only
• Build strong relationships with these customers and provide excellent customer service
• Liaise with commercial colleagues
• Achieve agreed retention targets in line with budget targets
• Deal with phone activity via direct dial or internal lines only required on main IVR phones if needed during peak times
• Review each risk at renewal offer stage and ensure adequate levels of cover
