We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Group HR Manager to take ownership of the HR function across our business in Ireland, the UK and Spain.
Reporting directly to the CFO and supported by an HR Generalist, this is a senior, hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders, providing practical HR advice and ensuring our people practices support a high-performing, compliant and evolving organisation.
This is an operational HR leadership role rather than a Talent Acquisition-led position, and will suit an experienced HR generalist who enjoys working close to the business and taking ownership from issue identification through to delivery.
We are committed to equal opportunities and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates. If you require any reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know.
