Job summary

Auto-Boland is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR across our multi-site dealership group in Ireland. Reporting to the Group Director, you will oversee employee relations, policy development and compliance with Irish employment legislation across all locations.

You will manage the HR team, support General Managers, drive recruitment, workforce planning and training, and ensure data protection and confidentiality across the business.

Qualifications

• Senior HR management experience in a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience handling disciplinary, grievance and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, investigations, and absence management.
• Provide HR guidance to General Managers on employment matters and ensure fair processes.
• Ensure compliance with Irish legislation and maintain HR policies and documentation.
• Oversee HR team and coordinate recruitment, workforce planning and staffing.
• Prepare Group HR reports and dashboards for Directors.
• Coordinate Group-wide Health and Safety activities.
• Maintain confidential employee records and data protection standards.
