Job summary

Enet (Open Access Networks) is seeking a Group EHS Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environmental activities across the Group, ensuring ISO alignment, legal compliance, and proactive wellbeing initiatives.

You will manage a small team, oversee PSDP/PSCS obligations, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture across office, field and construction environments in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Health (Level 7 or higher).
• PSDP and PSCS qualification with practical experience in infrastructure, telecoms, or construction environments.
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in a senior H&S role, ideally in telecoms, utilities, or engineering.
• Proven experience managing ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 systems.
• In-depth understanding of Irish H&S legislation and Construction Regulations.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and safety management software.
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel within and outside Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HSEMS in alignment with ISO standards.
• Coordinate external audits and certification surveillance.
• Ensure compliance with Irish H&W Acts and Construction Regulations.
• Maintain safety documentation and RAMS, permits to work, and training records.
• Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance on risk assessments and project planning.
• Manage Group Contractor Safety Management Framework and pre-qualification processes.
• Support Wellbeing Programme development and delivery.
• Promote psychological safety and wellbeing awareness.
