Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a Group Director of Bars & Cafes to spearhead ground-floor operations across Staycity and Wilde. You will shape strategy, drive profitability, and elevate the guest experience in bars, cafés, and co-working spaces.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with third parties, and ensure concepts translate into strong performance across the portfolio. This role covers Europe with a focus on scaling impactful beverage and café concepts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of bar and cafe operations across multiple sites.
• Strong track record in growing revenue and managing margins.
• Experience with third-party operators and partnerships.
• Experience in Europe-based hospitality operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the Group Bar & Café strategy across Staycity and Wilde.
• Own the Group Bar & Café P&L and deliver 10% of property revenues.
• Define operating standards for bar, café, breakfast and ground-floor spaces.
• Develop new Bar & Café concepts that are scalable and commercially strong.
• Build demand beyond staying guests and attract local customers.
• Oversee partnerships and decide direct operation vs. external operators.
• Set pricing, procurement, suppliers, and cost-control directions.
• Lead the Bar & Café function across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Operations and Creative to translate concepts on ground.
