Job summary

RIGHT Group, a mechanical and electrical engineering contractor for water and wastewater infrastructure, is seeking a Groundworks Supervisor for sites across Kerry. Based in Castleisland, you will supervise groundworks crews, plan daily works, ensure quality to drawings, and maintain safe site practices with proper permits and records.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a full driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising groundworks or civils crews
• Site supervisor safety training (e.g. SSSTS / SMSTS or QQI equivalent) an advantage
• LUGS / CAT & Genny and Signing, Lighting & Guarding an advantage
• Full clean driving licence required; C1 licence an advantage
• Strong organisation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervising groundworks crews and subcontractors on water and wastewater sites
• Planning daily works, setting out and checking quality to drawings
• Running safe sites: briefings, permits to work and site records
• Reporting progress to the Project Manager
