Job summary

Ground Control in Limerick is seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to lead grounds maintenance and winter works across Ireland. You will oversee site inspections, quality audits and the coordination of labour, materials and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Arboriculture or similar outdoor environment.
• Experience leading operational teams or crews.
• Strong understanding of site standards and service delivery.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and quality audits.
• Support surveying and quoting for additional works.
• Manage and support field teams and subcontractors.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources.
