Job summary

Ground Control in Limerick is seeking a Contract Supervisor to support the delivery of Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance contracts across Ireland. You will lead field teams, carry out site inspections and quality audits, and help survey and quote for additional works.

This role offers a clear pathway to Contract Manager, exposure to client management, and development under experienced leaders. We value proactivity, strong communication, and a hands-on approach, with travel across sites

Qualifications

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Arboriculture or a similar outdoor environment.
• Experience leading operational teams or crews.
• Strong understanding of site standards and service delivery.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and quality audits.
• Support surveying and quoting for additional works.
• Manage and support field teams and subcontractors.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources.
• Drive high standards of safety, quality and service delivery.
• Support contract performance and identify improvement opportunities.
