Job summary

SAP Landscapes in Wicklow is seeking an Experienced Team Leader to manage on-site crews at a large residential development in Eden Gate. Lead daily operations, ensure quality work, and supervise subcontractors while maintaining safety and environmental standards.

You will report to the Maintenance Contracts Manager, plan with the team, coach members, and drive efficient site management with timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Valid Safe Pass preferred
• Full Driving Licence essential
• Previous experience in landscaping/maintenance desirable

Responsibilities

• Adhering to Company policies on Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality.
• Organise and plan each day with team members regarding resources.
• Assist and develop team members and supervise on-site crews.
• Schedule materials and plant / machinery for site.
• Generating reports including timesheets, machinery checklists and H&S reports.
• Attend regular team meetings and carry out ad hoc duties.
