Job summary

Ground Control in Ireland is seeking a Contract Supervisor to support the delivery of Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance contracts across Ireland. You will lead field teams, coordinate resources and drive high standards of safety and service delivery.

This permanent role offers a clear pathway to Contract Manager, exposure to surveying and quoting, and the chance to build strong client relationships while progressing your career within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Arboriculture or similar outdoor environments.
• Experience leading operational teams or crews.
• Strong understanding of site standards and service delivery.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site inspections and quality audits.
• Surveying and quoting for additional works.
• Manage and support field teams and subcontractors.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources.
• Drive high standards of safety, quality and service delivery.
• Support contract performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
