Job summary

Ground Control is seeking an experienced Contracts Supervisor to support Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance contracts across Ireland from its Limerick base. You will lead field teams, ensure high standards of service, and build strong client relationships.

The role involves site inspections, surveying and quoting for extra works, coordinating labour and resources, and driving safety, quality and delivery. A clear pathway to Contract Manager awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Arboriculture or a similar outdoor environment.
• Experience leading operational teams or crews.
• Strong understanding of site standards and service delivery.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

You’re an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or Foreman who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high standards and building strong customer relationships.

At Ground Control, we’re looking for a Contract Supervisor to support the delivery of Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance contracts across Ireland.
