SAP Landscapes is seeking a Grounds Worker/Hard Landscaper Operative to join our expanding team in Ireland. You will contribute to paving, groundworks, and timber installations on high-profile projects, with daily physical duties and safe working practices.

Location: Kildare / Dublin. Starting rate €18.00 per hour (DOE). Regular hours 6:30am–16:15pm, with overtime and company training opportunities.

This role will involve the use of machinery and equipment and will include physical exertion (manual handling etc.) daily.

Position: Grounds Worker/Hard Landscaper Operative

Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Location: Kildare / Dublin

Duties Include:

• Paving and Groundworks: Installing and repairing driveways, patios and walkways using materials like stone, brick, concrete or resin.
• Structural Installations: Building retaining walls, raised beds and steps.
• Timber and Carpentry: Fitting and repairing fencing, decking, sheds, pergolas and basic outdoor structures.
• Site Preparation: Carrying out excavation, grading and levelling to ensure proper drainage and stable foundations for construction.
• Drainage and Civil Works: Constructing structural tree pits, installing ducting and managing water runoff systems.

Responsibilities:

• Adhering to Company policies and procedures in relation to all aspects of Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality.
• Adhering to clients site rules and regulations in general and in relation to Health and Safety.
• Follow instructions provided by management and site Team leader.
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality of work is delivered to an excellent standard and that the work completed is carried out in an efficient and timely manner.
