Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ground Workers role based in Cavan. Ground Workers will carry out day-to-date tasks such as site preparation, excavation, trenching, pipe laying, concreting, and assisting with foundations and drainage works. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant groundworks skills, including experience in excavation, foundations, drainage, and general site preparation.
• Candidates should possess appropriate construction safety credentials, such as CSCS and a valid CSCS Card, or be willing to obtain them.
• Candidates should possess a strong understanding of health and safety practices, safe use of tools and machinery, and adherence to site procedures.
• Candidates should possess good teamwork and communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions and work in varying weather conditions.
