Location: Letterkenny, Co Donegal (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
Hours of work: Monday – Friday Rotational shifts 7am – 6pm, Rotational on call 1 in every 4 weeks

The Role

TCS Letterkenny are offering a Graduate Program for tech‑savvy, enthusiastic individuals seeking to accelerate their careers in IT. Support Engineers are part of team which provides IT Support Services, ensuring that daily operations are in order or the restoration of a service. Based on the ITIL framework, IT Support associates often manage incidents, service requests, problem management, develop knowledge articles or collaborate with other functions such as change management. Typical incidents range from basic support, installing software or troubleshooting devices/applications to restoring services for mission critical services and infrastructure related components. Successful applicants must have B2 Fluency or greater in English & a second European language of B2 Fluency of greater:

- German / Italian / French / Spanish

Your responsibilities

We are looking for recentgraduates and postgraduates with a degree in IT, computer science or a technology-related subject who are:
