Qualifications

• Recent graduates with an Honours degree in STEM (3rd level qualification).
• Grade of 2.1 or higher required for the programme.
• Success in previous work experience, placement, or extracurricular activities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 3 structured rotations across site departments (Production, Automation, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, OpEx).
• Gain exposure to day-to-day operations and be assigned to impactful projects.
• Receive mentorship and training from senior colleagues.
• Expand technical abilities and business skills in a progressive environment.
• Participate in careers fairs and STEM events.
