Bristol Myers Squibb in Dublin’s Cruiserath Biologics Campus offers a Science & Engineering Rotational Graduate Programme for 2027 graduates. You will work across Science, Engineering and business functions, with three nine-month rotations and structured development goals, contributing to biologics operations and the SDP facility launch.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 honours degree or Masters, or expected 2:1, in Science, Engineering, Technology or related discipline – graduating in 2027.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability, initiative and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• The right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Complete three structured rotations and deliver agreed objectives in each placement.
• Support safe, compliant and right-first-time delivery per GMP procedures.
• Use data and digital tools to identify opportunities and improve ways of working.
• Build relationships across Drug Substance, Sterile Drug Product and campus support functions.
• Present progress and outcomes to managers, mentors and stakeholders.
