Job summary

Viatris Graduate Development Programme is designed to develop future leaders in a global healthcare company. You will rotate across three departments at our Dublin, Cork, Galway sites or Dublin office, gaining hands-on experience in Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS and more.

During the two-year programme you will receive mentorship, work on impactful projects, and build technical and business skills, while engaging with careers fairs and STEM events.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates, or soon-to-graduate with an Honours degree in STEM (2.1+).
• Strong academic track record and relevant placement or activities.
• Interest in pharmaceutical industry and cross-functional rotations.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across three departments (Production, Automation, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, OpEx).
• Work on impactful projects within a pharmaceutical setting.
• Receive mentorship and training from senior colleagues.

About the Programme:

Launching in September 2025, the Viatris Graduate Development Programme is designed to equip high-performing graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experience to thrive in a dynamic global healthcare environment.

Throughout this two-year programme, you will have the opportunity to rotate across three well-structured departments at one of our cutting-edge pharmaceutical sites in Dublin, Cork, Galway, or our Global office in Dublin. Our locations include the manufacturing sites in Damastown (Dublin 15), Baldoyle (Dublin 13), Inverin (Galway), Little Island (Cork) and the corporate office in Northern Cross (Dublin 17).

What You Will Be Doing

• During the 2-year program, participants will participate in 3 structured rotations across various site departments such as (Production, Automation, Engineering, EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and OpEx, etc.).
• Gain exposure to day-to-day operations in a pharmaceutical organisation while being assigned to specific impactful projects.
• Receive continuous mentorship and training from senior colleagues who will guide your growth and development.
• Expand your technical abilities and key business skills in a progressive, innovative environment.
• Graduates will participate in careers fairs, TY & STEM Ireland events.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent graduates or upcoming graduates with an Honours degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), 3rd level qualification. A grade of 2.1 or higher is a requirement for the programme.
• Demonstrated success in previous work experience, placement, or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the pharmaceutical industry; Production, Engineering, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain etc.
• High achievers who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicators with a passion for making a difference in healthcare.
