Job summary

Gilead Sciences Ireland Manufacturing in County Cork is launching a 2-year Supply Chain Graduate Programme starting September 2027. Graduates will rotate through Planning, Purchasing, Label Operations, and inventory management, gaining hands-on experience in a world-class pharmaceutical environment.

Successful candidates will develop technical and business skills through mentorship and structured development, preparing for a career in global pharmaceutical supply chains.

Qualifications

• Be on track to complete, or have recently completed, a Level 8 Bachelor's degree (minimum 2.1 classification).
• Graduated no more than 12 months prior to the programme start in Sept 2027, or due to graduate before joining.
• Be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
• Be based in County Cork or willing to relocate to County Cork before the programme start date.
• Relevant disciplines include: Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, Science, Other related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and purchasing of materials to ensure availability.
• Support inventory management and target setting.
• Participate in label operations and project coordination.
• Contribute to data reporting, documentation, and process improvements.
• Learn across end-to-end supply chain activities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
